City Time

City Time is a small shop we run over in the Camp area. We are located on 8th Main, 50 Feet Road, in the Nagendra Block, 3rd Phase. Our shop is at number 2, and it’s a place dedicated to watches and clocks of all kinds. In a world where everyone checks their phone for the time, we still find plenty of people who love their traditional timepieces. We spend our days working with tiny screws and gears that you can barely see without a magnifying glass. The shop is full of the sound of ticking, which is actually quite relaxing once you get used to it. We have some very old clocks brought in for repair, and we take our time to make sure they’re running right again. We aren't a big jewelry store with security guards and bright lights. It’s just a quiet corner where we focus on our craft. We don't do any big advertising; word of mouth has always been enough for us. People know that if they have an old watch that needs a new life, they can bring it to us on 50 Feet Road. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit, with new buildings going up all around, but our shop stays pretty much the same. It’s a slow and steady kind of life, and we are perfectly happy keeping the clocks ticking for everyone in the area.
