Modaxe

Modaxe is located at 105/2 in Shivajinagar. We are inside the Sanghvi Compound, which is on Old Topkhana Road. If you are looking for us, we are right opposite the Sai Baba Mandir. Also, the Mangala Theater is just in front of us since we are behind it. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot, but once you find the temple or the theater, you’re basically here. The compound has a few different businesses in it. Our space is pretty simple. We don't have a big fancy entrance. It’s mostly just where we get the work done. Shivajinagar is a crowded area, so parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We hear the music from the theater and the bells from the mandir throughout the day. It makes for an interesting background while we’re working. We spend a lot of time in the back where it’s a bit quieter. The building is older, but it serves its purpose. We keep the place as clean as we can, though with all the activity on Old Topkhana Road, some dust always finds its way in. It’s a local business through and through. We know the people who live in the neighborhood and the regulars who visit the temple. We just show up every morning, open the doors at 105/2, and get to it. It’s a good spot for Modaxe. We mostly just keep busy with the tasks at hand and don't worry about the rest of it too much.
