Swapnali Tours & Travels

The office for Swapnali Tours & Travels is over in Kharadi, specifically at F C Road A 3. It is not a very big place, just enough room for a desk and some chairs where we sit and take calls all day. Most of the time, the phones are ringing because people need to get to the airport or they have a wedding to go to. We spend a lot of our morning checking the schedules and making sure the drivers know where to go. Traffic in this part of town can be a real headache, especially during the rush hours, so we are always looking at the clock. It is just a local business run by people who know the roads around here pretty well. We don’t have any fancy posters or big marketing teams helping us. It is mostly just keeping the logbooks straight and making sure the cars are fueled up and ready to head out. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when three people call at once and we only have two cars available right that second. We try to handle it as best as we can without making things too complicated. Being located in Kharadi means we see a lot of the same faces coming back. It’s a simple setup we have here. We just focus on the daily tasks like cleaning the floor and answering the door when someone walks in asking about prices for a trip out of town. That’s pretty much us.
