J B Traders

We are J B Traders and we operate out of Market Yard Gate No. 9. If you have ever been to the Market Yard, you know how chaotic it can be. There are trucks everywhere and people shouting and carrying bags of produce or whatever else is coming in that day. We have been here for quite some time now. Being near Gate No. 9 is actually pretty convenient because it’s a bit of a landmark for people who know the area well. The mornings are the loudest. That is when everything starts moving. We just have a simple setup here. Nothing too big or impressive to look at. Just a place where we do our trading and keep track of things. It’s a lot of manual work and keeping an eye on the clock. We deal with various people coming through the yard every day. Some are regulars and some are just passing through. It gets dusty and loud, but that’s just how it is working in a market. We don't really have a big office or anything like that. It’s mostly just us at the gate area handling our business. We try to keep things organized as much as possible, though the yard has its own ideas about that sometimes. It’s a busy life but it keeps us on our toes. We are usually around as long as the market is open.
