We operate out of F-101 in Rajyog Society over in Bibvewadi. It’s a bit different because we are located inside the society, so it feels more like a home office than a big commercial space. We focus on putting together trips for people who want to travel. Most of our work happens on the computer, looking for good deals and checking if hotels have rooms available. Bibvewadi is a nice area and many of our clients are actually our neighbors or people who live nearby. We spend our days answering emails and talking to travel agents in other cities. It’s a lot of back and forth. Sometimes a booking doesn't go through and we have to find an alternative quickly. We don't have fancy brochures, usually just show people things on the screen. It is a small operation. We started this because we liked traveling ourselves and thought we could help others do it too. Sentence lengths vary because sometimes we are just busy. We aren't a big chain, just a local business trying to make travel a bit easier for folks. People usually call ahead before coming to the apartment. It’s a relaxed way to work. We keep track of everything in big notebooks and on our laptops. It’s honest work and we’ve been at it for a few years now. The kettle is usually on if someone drops by to chat about their holiday plans. We just take things one trip at a time and try to get all the details right. It keeps our days interesting and we like the independence of it.
