Tripwaves Tours Travels

We set up Tripwaves Tours Travels in Sai Vastu Heights, which is in the Pimple Saudagar area. Specifically, we’re in unit 03. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of new buildings and people moving in, so there’s always something happening outside. We spend most of our time looking at screens, booking flights, and figuring out train schedules for people. It gets pretty hectic during the holiday seasons when everyone wants to go somewhere at the same time. The office isn't very large, so when a few customers come in at once, it feels a bit tight in here. We have posters on the walls of places we’ve sent people, but that’s about as fancy as it gets. We don't use any complicated systems, just the usual stuff to get the bookings confirmed. Pimple Saudagar has grown a lot lately, and the traffic near Sai Vastu Heights can be a real headache in the mornings. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work through the pile of requests. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way because we know exactly what’s happening with every trip we handle. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything; it’s just us answering phones and trying to make sure nobody gets stuck at an airport. It’s honest work and keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday.
