Siddhivinayak Travels

We are located right by Mamta Sweet Chowk in Bhatnagar, Bighi. It’s a very easy spot to find because everyone knows the sweet shop. The chowk is always crowded with people, rickshaws, and cows, so there’s never a quiet moment. We run our travel business from a small shop right there. People are always popping in to ask about bus tickets to the city or if we have a car available for a wedding or a trip to the temple. Our walls are covered with old posters of different tourist spots and some calendars from previous years. The phone rings a lot, usually people calling to check if their bus is on time or if the driver has reached. It’s a bit of a mess with papers and registers on the desk because we still like to write things down. Sometimes, the noise from the traffic outside is so loud we have to shout a bit to be heard. Since we are near Mamta Sweet, the smell of frying samosas is always floating into the office, which makes us hungry all day. We aren't a big travel agency with a website and apps; we just handle things directly with the people who walk in. Most of our customers are locals who have been using our cars for years. It’s a simple setup, and we spend a lot of time just waiting for the next booking while watching the traffic go by the Bhatnagar junction.
