Travo Planner

We are located in room 402 on the fourth floor of Veer Arcade. The building is right at Kokane Chowk, very close to Dwarkadheesh Gardens in the Rahatani area. We spend our days helping people plan out their travels. It is more than just clicking buttons to buy tickets; we have to make sure the timings for buses and flights actually work together so nobody gets stranded. We spend a lot of time staring at computer screens and talking to people on the phone. Rahatani has changed a lot, and now there are many families in the new apartments who come to us to ask about their holiday trips. Some want to go to the mountains and others are looking for a temple visit. We try to find options that fit whatever budget they have. Our office is small, just a few desks and some maps we pinned to the walls. We have had some very long days when things go wrong, like a flight getting canceled, and we have to spend hours on the phone fixing it. It can be stressful, but it is part of the job. We aren't a big, fancy agency with a lot of staff. We just listen to what people want and try to make it happen for them. The parking at Kokane Chowk is often a mess, so we do a lot of our work over the phone or through messages.
