Sulakashana Foods

We run Sulakashana Foods out of Phulebang Society, at house number three. It’s right near Shanu College Road, so there are always students walking by and a lot of noise during the day. It is a small place, more of a home-style setup than a big factory. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen area. It smells like spices and cooking most of the time, which is nice but also a lot of work to clean up. The society is quiet enough in the evenings, but during the day it’s quite busy. We don’t have a big storefront or anything, just this spot where we prepare everything. Usually, it’s just a couple of us handling the orders and making sure the food is packed right. We buy our supplies locally when we can. Sometimes the deliveries are late and it gets a bit stressful, but we manage. It’s a simple life, really. We just want to make sure the food tastes like it’s supposed to. There’s no big corporate board or anything like that here. It’s just us working in this small space near the college. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors know us. It gets busy during the lunch hours because of the location. We just try to keep up with the daily chores and keep the place running. It’s not always perfect, but we get the orders out as fast as we can.
