Subham Foods

So, we are over here at Subham Foods, which sits right in H-3 of Sanklap Nagri. It is not a huge place, but it keeps us busy most of the day. Being near the Dhanouri Police Chowki means there is always someone passing by or some noise from the street, which is just how things are around Dhanouri Alandi J3. We have been at this spot for a while now. The morning starts with us opening up the shutters and just getting things ready for whoever walks in. Sometimes people get lost looking for H-3 because the numbering in Sanklap Nagri can be a bit confusing if you are not from around here, but the police station is the best way to find us. It is mostly just us working here, trying to keep the shelves organized and making sure the food stuff is where it needs to be. The sun comes in pretty strong through the front door in the afternoon, so we usually pull the shade down a bit. It is a simple setup really. No fancy decorations or anything like that. Just a regular place where we do our work. We see a lot of the same faces every day, neighbors mostly, who live in the nearby blocks. It is nice to have that routine. Nothing stays quiet for long, especially with the traffic near the chowki, but we have gotten used to the sound of the bikes and the horns. It is just home for us now.
