Sraj Foods

Out here in Walki, things are pretty quiet most of the time compared to the bigger cities. Sraj Foods is situated at Gat No 7, right in the Taluka Daund area. We spend most of our mornings getting everything ready for the day's production. It's a lot of manual work and checking on the machines. Some of us have been working here since the start, so we know the routine like the back of our hands. The weather gets quite hot in the afternoons, so we try to get the heavy lifting done early. It’s not a fancy setup, just a practical space where we handle food stuff and make sure everything is packed up right. People from the village often drop by or wave when they pass the gate. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us, working through the orders as they come in. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just how it is around here. We keep the floors swept and the equipment clean because that’s the most important thing in this line of work. It’s a steady life, really. We focus on the task at hand and try to get home before it gets too dark. Nothing too complicated about it. We just do the work that needs doing and try to stay organized.
