Sportnexus

Sportnexus is located in Erandwane, specifically at Shilpa Apartments. We are in Survey Number 43/15, Office Number 4. It’s a bit of a maze to find the right door if you aren't from around here, but once you’re inside, you’ll see we are all about sports. Our office is basically a transformed apartment space. We have boxes of equipment and piles of schedules lying on the tables. It is not a fancy glass building with a lobby. It’s a place where we sit and talk about games and events. Erandwane is a busy part of town, so there is always noise from the street coming through the windows. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting people who are into local sports. Most of us here grew up playing something or the other, so we have a lot of opinions on how things should be run. We don't have a big reception desk or a uniform. We just wear what is comfortable and get to work. The tea lady from the corner comes by every afternoon around four. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with all the different projects going on at once. But we like the energy. Being in an apartment block like Shilpa Apts keeps us grounded. We are just regular people who happened to turn our interest in sports into a daily job. We keep it simple and focus on the work. It is a busy life, but it suits us well.
