Snow Refrigeration

Snow Refrigeration is tucked away on the 3rd floor of the Shree Nivas Building. We are on Dattawadi Road in Akurdi. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs but we don't mind. We are quite close to the Hanuman Mandir, which is a good landmark for anyone trying to find us. Working on the third floor means we don't get as many walk-ins as a street-level shop, but our regulars know the way. We focus on refrigeration stuff. It’s what we know. The space is filled with parts and manuals. It isn't the most organized place in the world. We have stacks of old units in the corner that we use for spares sometimes. It’s a working environment, not a showroom. We spend our days troubleshooting and fixing cooling systems. It’s a lot of technical work but we enjoy the challenge. Sometimes the heat in the building gets to us, but that is part of the job. We aren't some big corporate entity with hundreds of employees. There’s just a few of us here. We handle the calls and the repairs ourselves. It’s a direct way to do business. People like that they can talk to the person actually doing the work. We’ve been in Dattawadi for a while now and feel like part of the neighborhood. We just keep working and hope the machines keep running for our customers.
