We've been at 29 in the Electronic Estate for a good while now. It’s right on the Pune-Satara Road, so the traffic is always there outside the gate. Most days start early with the shutters going up and just checking what needs to get done. There’s a lot of noise from the neighboring units but you get used to it after a week or two. Sidheshwar & Company is basically just a few of us here making sure orders go out and things don't break down. It’s not a fancy place, just concrete floors and desks covered in papers and some parts. Sometimes the tea guy comes by around eleven, and that's usually the highlight of the morning. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just looking at lists. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, especially in the summer, but we have some fans that do the job okay. If you walk past unit 29, you’ll probably see us moving crates or just sitting around talking about the day’s work. There’s no big sign or anything, just the address and our name painted on the door. It’s a bit messy inside, to be honest, with files stacked up and some old machinery sitting in the corner. We’ve stayed in this spot because it’s convenient for the trucks. It isn't much to look at, but it’s where we do everything, from the morning coffee to the last lock-up at night.
