We operate out of Kashid Chawl right along the Kalas Alandi Road. It's a busy spot and the traffic never seems to stop outside our door. Most of the time, it's just us in the back getting orders ready for local events or small gatherings around the neighborhood. It isn't a massive operation with a big office or anything. We just have our cooking space and our supplies stacked up where we can reach them. People around here know where we are, so they just drop by if they need something for a family function or a small get-together. Sometimes the weather makes things a bit tricky, especially when it rains hard on Alandi Road, but we manage to keep things moving. We do a lot of the heavy lifting ourselves, from carrying the big pots to packing everything up for delivery. It's honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until late at night. We don't have a fancy website or a sales team. It's just a few of us making sure the food is cooked right and delivered on time. We’ve been in this part of Kalas for a long time, so we know most of the people living nearby. It’s a bit cramped in the chawl sometimes, but we make it work because this is where we've always been. We just keep our heads down and focus on the next order, day in and day out, without any fuss.
