Shriman Shrimati

You can find us at 172, right near Shagun Chowk in the Main Bazar of Pimpri. Being in the middle of the main bazaar means it is never quiet. There is always someone shouting or a horn honking right outside the door. Shriman Shrimati is our little corner in all that chaos. We have a fair amount of space, but we use every inch of it for our goods. The shelves go all the way to the ceiling, so we have to use a ladder quite often. It’s a bit of a workout. We are just a group of people trying to run a shop without too much trouble. We don't have any big mission statements. We just open up in the morning, sell what we have, and close up at night. The floors are a bit worn down from all the people walking on them over the years. We keep a small radio in the corner for some background music, mostly old songs. It helps pass the time when the rain keeps people away. Pimpri is a busy place, and Shagun Chowk is right in the heart of it. We feel lucky to have a spot here. We don't use any flashy marketing tricks. We just show up every day and do our best to keep things running smoothly. It’s just a regular local business.
