Shidheswar Panwala

Shidheswar Panwala is located in Bhosarigoan, specifically in Somnath Nagar, Mojesh Wadi. It’s a local spot that’s been around for a bit. The shop isn't very big, but we manage to fit everything we need inside. We have the usual setup with the mirror on the wall and the rows of ingredients. The floor is made of old stone, and the counter is worn down from years of use. We don't use any fancy machines. Everything is done by hand, from cutting the nuts to folding the leaves. Somnath Nagar is a busy neighborhood, so there’s always someone walking by. We get people from Mojesh Wadi stopping in after their shift or on their way to the market. It’s a friendly place. We don't bother with corporate talk or anything like that. We just serve the pan and keep the change ready. Sometimes the rain leaks a little near the door, so we have to put a bucket out, but it’s no big deal. The lights are a bit dim in the evening, but it makes the place feel comfortable. We know who likes what without them even asking most of the time. It’s a steady rhythm we’ve got going here in Bhosarigoan. We don't plan on changing much. We just keep the shop open and stay part of the daily life around here. It’s just us and the counter and the customers.
