Shaurya Mandap Kendra

Shaurya Mandap Kendra is situated on the PashanBaner Link Road 116/8/17, which is a busy connection between those two neighborhoods. Our place is mostly a big storage area filled with stacks of colorful curtains, wooden planks, and sets of those plastic chairs you see at every local party. It is a lot of heavy lifting and moving things in and out of the storage room. The PashanBaner Link Road always has a lot of traffic, so we have to be careful when we are loading the vans on the side of the road. I usually spend my morning checking the inventory to see what needs to be cleaned or repaired after the last job. The fabric sometimes gets torn or stained, so there is always a bit of sewing or scrubbing to do. We don't have a fancy office with air conditioning, just a basic workspace where we handle the bookings and organize the labor. My phone rings quite a bit with people asking about dates for their family events. It’s a lot of manual labor and we are often working under the hot sun setting up for a local gathering. I’ve lived around here for years, so I know the shortcuts through the side streets. It is a simple life of helping people set up for their big days and then taking it all down again when the party is over. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
