Shashwati Buildcon Pvt Ltd is located over in Thergaon at 18/6 on Sardar Patel Road. We are quite near Dance Chowk, which is a pretty well-known spot for everyone living around here. Our office is right where the action is, with lots of dust and noise from the road, which I guess fits a construction business. We spend our time dealing with building plans and talking to contractors. It’s not always quiet, and the phone rings more than we’d like sometimes. The area around Dance Chowk is always busy, so there’s a lot of energy outside the door. We started this because we know the local area well and wanted to work on projects close to home. Sometimes we are out at sites and sometimes we are stuck in the office doing the boring paperwork parts. The office itself is simple. We have some chairs for visitors and desks covered in files. It’s a practical setup for what we do. People drop by to ask about plots or construction updates quite often. We don't really do the big sales pitches. We just tell people what we can do and go from there. Thergaon is a growing place, and it’s interesting to see how the buildings are going up all around us. We’re just a small team trying to do a decent job on Sardar Patel Road.
