You can find Gurudatta Real Estate over at 4 New Sangvi. We are situated right near the police station which makes it easy to find us if you are new to the area. I started working here because I grew up nearby and knew the streets well. New Sangvi is a place where everyone seems to know everyone else. Our office is a simple one. We have a few files, a couple of desks, and a map on the wall that is starting to peel at the edges. Being near the police station means there is always something going on outside. We see the patrol cars and the people walking by all day long. Gurudatta Real Estate isn't a corporate chain. It is just a small local shop. We help people with property in this specific part of town because that is what we know. Sometimes we have a lot of work and other times it is quiet and we just sit and drink chai. We don't do much advertising. People usually just hear about us from a neighbor or see the sign when they are heading toward the station. It is a straightforward way of working. We don't have a big team or any complicated processes. We just open the door in the morning and see who needs help with their housing.
