You can find us over in Warje Malwadi at Giridhar Nagar. Our office is actually in Flat No 12, which is in the B 15 building. It’s a residential area, so it’s quite a bit quieter than the main road. We’ve been working as engineers and contractors in this part of Pune for quite a while now. Most of our work involves local building projects and maintenance stuff. Because we’re in a flat, it feels more like a home office than a big corporate firm. We have our drafting tables set up in the main room and the bedrooms are mostly used for storing supplies and old project files. The 411 058 area is growing fast, so there is always some work to be done around here. We don't wear suits or have big meetings in boardrooms. Usually, we’re out on a site in our boots and then we come back here to finish the blueprints and talk to clients. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way because we can keep an eye on everything ourselves. Sometimes the neighbors pop in just to say hello or ask about a small repair. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just do the work, send the bills, and move on to the next job. It’s a simple, honest way to run a contracting business in our own neighborhood.
