We are located at 259/b/1 in Bhawani Peth, right in the middle of the Timber Market. The whole area smells like freshly cut wood and sawdust, which is something you get used to pretty quickly. Trade Centre Developers & Builders Pvt. Ltd. has its office here because it’s where all the action is for building materials. It’s a noisy, bustling part of town with trucks constantly loading and unloading. Our office is tucked away in one of the older buildings. It’s got high ceilings and a lot of old-fashioned charm, even if the walls could use a fresh coat of paint. We spend our time looking over site plans and talking to contractors. There’s usually a lot of shouting across the office because of the noise from the market outside. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing department. Most of our business comes from people who have known us for years in the building trade. It’s a very hands-on environment. We deal with lots of physical paperwork—permits, invoices, and blueprints that are always getting rolled and unrolled. It’s a lot of legwork, moving between the office and different sites.
