Our office is out here in Karhawagaj, which is part of the Baramati Taluka. It’s a bit of a drive if you’re coming from the main city, but this is where we do all our planning and coordination for the contracting jobs we take on. Being engineers in a place like this means we see a lot of different kinds of projects, from small local builds to bigger stuff further out. It isn't always easy working in a rural setting, but we know the land and the people around here pretty well. We’ve been operating from this post for quite some time. The team is usually out on-site more than they are in the office, but this is the home base where the maps and the contracts live. We deal with concrete, steel, and a lot of dirt every single day. It's dusty work, and we don't worry too much about looking polished. As long as the structures are solid and the measurements are right, we’re doing okay. People in Baramati know us by name, and we like it that way. We don’t have a big corporate setup. It’s just us, some tools, and the experience we’ve picked up over the years working on the ground. Sometimes things get delayed because of the weather or getting materials delivered out here, but we just handle it as it comes. It’s a practical way to live and work, and we wouldn't change it for much.
