Alamelu Mangai Real Estate Developers is based out of Mohamadwadi. We are specifically over in the 4th Stage, 4th Block, at number 151. This part of the city has grown so much lately. When we first started looking at land here, there wasn't nearly as much going on. Now, there are new buildings and roads everywhere you look. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of employees. It's just a small group of us trying to put together projects that make sense for the people moving into this area. Real estate can be a bit of a headache with all the paperwork and the waiting for approvals, but we stay with it. Our office is a simple place where we keep our maps and site plans. We spend a lot of time out at the actual construction sites, checking on how things are moving along and talking to the workers. It gets dusty and hot out there, but that’s the only way to make sure things are being done. We don't do big fancy presentations. We usually just sit down with people, show them the plots or the floor plans, and talk about the price. People appreciate that we are local and that we know the ground here in Mohamadwadi. It is a long process from starting a project to finishing it, but we just take it one day at a time until the keys are ready.
