Om Balaji Group Promoters & Builders is set up in Office-629 of the Balaji Apartment. We’re located on Maharana Pratap Road, right near the Jiveshwar Sabhagrah in Gurwar Peth. This part of the city is quite old and has a lot of history. The streets are narrow and always full of people going about their business. Our office is up on one of the higher floors, which gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding rooftops and the busy road below. We focus on building and promotion work, so we are often looking at blueprints or talking to contractors about timelines. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a few tables and some old cupboards for our documents and site plans. It’s a busy place because folks are always coming in to ask about new projects or to settle some business. We don’t really do the whole corporate image thing. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors, because often they are. Gurwar Peth has a very specific feel to it, and we’ve become a part of that community over the years. We know the shortcuts to avoid the traffic and the best places to grab a quick tea in the morning. Our work keeps us on our toes, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. It’s a lot of manual tracking and face-to-face meetings. We just try to be fair and get the buildings done right.
