Shalmali Shailesh Soman

Shalmali Shailesh Soman is based out of Vadgaon Khurd, at G1/51 in Rajyog Hissa. It’s a bit of a trek if you are coming from the main city, but we like the area because it’s a bit more relaxed. Our office is on the ground floor, which makes it easy to move things in and out. We don't have a big flashy sign, just a small one so people can find us. Inside, it’s mostly desks and shelves filled with stuff we’ve collected over the years. We aren't the type to have a clean-desk policy; things are a bit messy but we know where everything is. We usually start the day by opening up the windows to let some air in. The sounds of the neighborhood are part of our daily routine. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just speak plainly and do our job. Sometimes we take a long lunch break when things are slow. It’s a small operation and we like it that way because we can keep track of everything ourselves. We've been in Vadgaon Khurd for a while and we know the local spots for good snacks. If you ever come by, don't expect a polished corporate office. Expect a few friendly faces and a lot of hard work happening in a very normal, everyday setting.
