Satyam Computer Services

We've been here in Alstonia, Pune for a while now. It's on the 6th floor, room 602. Most days are spent looking at screens or trying to figure out why a piece of hardware isn't doing what it should. We started Satyam Computer Services because people around here always have issues with their tech. It's not fancy. Just a workspace with a lot of cables and some spare parts lying around. People come in with laptops that won't start or printers that are acting up. We just sit down and get to work. Sometimes it takes an hour, other times it takes all day if a part is hard to find. We don't have a big front desk or anything, just a few of us who know our way around a motherboard. Living in Pune, you see a lot of these offices, but we try to keep things quiet and focused. We handle software installs too, though most people just want their internet back up. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and trial and error. That's just how it goes with computers. If you're looking for us, we're in the Alstonia building. It's a decent spot. We don't do much advertising; mostly it's just folks from nearby telling their friends where to find us. We've seen a lot of different gadgets come through these doors. Some are easy fixes, others make us scratch our heads for a bit. We just keep at it until it's sorted. We keep some old monitors in the corner for parts.
