We've been working out of the Bendarale Complex in Wagholi Amraiwadi for a while now. Running a food business like Saptarang Foods involves a lot of daily tasks that people don't usually see from the outside. Most of our time is spent handling the kitchen and getting everything ready for the day. The area around here is quite busy, which keeps us on our toes. It’s not always easy, especially when the orders pile up or the deliveries are running late, but we manage. We just focus on the food we make and try to get it right. Some days are smoother than others. My cousin helps out with the packing sometimes when things get really hectic. We don't have a big fancy office or anything like that. It’s just us working in this space every day. You can find us right there in the complex if you're ever passing through Wagholi. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. We mostly just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a straightforward setup. We handle a variety of products under the Saptarang name. Nothing too complicated, just a regular local operation trying to keep things moving. We deal with suppliers and local shops nearby. It's a lot of manual work and checking things over. We like being part of the local scene here. That’s pretty much how it goes for us day in and day out.
