You can find us at Ward No 4, House No 40 in Shree Ganesh Nagar, which is part of the Erandwane area. We operate right out of our house, so it doesn't look like a typical business from the outside. We’ve turned part of our ground floor into a large kitchen where we do all the prep and cooking for our catering jobs. It’s a very family-run kind of place, and there’s always someone around to help out. We don't have a fancy showroom or any polished marketing language to use. Most of our time is spent actually doing the work, like cleaning the big metal pots or sorting through the produce we buy from the market. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it’s usually quiet except for the sounds coming from our kitchen. We don't have any big signs or advertisements; people usually find us by word of mouth or by just knowing we are here. It’s a lot of manual labor, and we often have to work very early mornings or late nights to get everything finished. We use simple tools and traditional methods because that’s what we know best. The floor in the kitchen is always being swept or mopped because we like to keep things tidy even if the building is old. We’ve been in Erandwane for a long time and we like the community here. It’s just us doing our daily work in our own home.
