We are located at Chal No C/9, Room No 9, in Gali No 16, Bibvewadi. This is near VIT College in the Appar Indira Nagar area. It’s a very traditional neighborhood with narrow streets and lots of families living close together. Our workspace is just a single room where we do everything from preparing ingredients to storing our big cooking pots. Because the lane is so narrow, we have to be very careful not to block our neighbors' paths when we are getting deliveries. We don't have a fancy office or any kind of professional reception area. If you come by, you’ll just see us working in the middle of all our equipment. It gets quite warm in the room, especially when the stoves are on, so we often keep the door open for a breeze. We do most of our work by hand, whether it’s chopping vegetables or mixing large batches of ingredients. We don't have a website or any promotional materials to give out. Most of our work comes from people in the neighborhood who have known us for years. Being near the college means there’s always a lot of energy and movement in the area. We just keep our heads down and focus on the tasks at hand. It’s a lot of long hours and hard work, but we are used to the rhythm of it by now. We just do our best with what we have here in our little room.
