Saket Food Products

Out in Katraj, along the Bhairavnath Cross Road, is where we have Saket Food Products. We are specifically located in the Maninagar area of Santosh Nagar, at 123-1. It’s a pretty lively neighborhood with a lot of families around. Our days are filled with the smell of whatever we are making that day, which usually draws a bit of attention from the people walking by. The kitchen area is the heart of our place, and it’s almost always hot because the burners are going from morning until evening. We do everything by hand mostly, from sorting the ingredients to packing the finished products into bags. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we have a rhythm down now. The shop at the front is simple, with just a few shelves and a counter where we handle the locals who come in. We don't have a big corporate structure; it’s usually just the family and a few helpers getting things done. We’ve had to deal with the usual problems like plumbing issues or the delivery van breaking down, but we just fix it and move on. Being in Santosh Nagar for so long, we’ve become a part of the daily life here. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks or big slogans. We just focus on making the food and making sure the packets are filled right. It’s a humble way to make a living and we like it.
