Sainath Mandap Decorators sits right there at Baner Gaon Laxmi Road, near Ganpati Chowk. It’s a pretty busy spot, especially when there’s a festival going on at the chowk itself. We do all the usual things you’d expect from a local decorator. We have stacks of chairs, rolls of fabric, and all the wooden poles tucked away in our storage. It’s not a glamorous job, honestly. There is a lot of loading and unloading trucks at very odd hours. We usually start our days early before the sun gets too high in the sky. Being near Laxmi Road means we see a lot of people passing by our door every day. We’ve handled plenty of small gatherings and some much larger ones too. We don’t really go for fancy advertising or anything like that. Word of mouth around Baner Gaon is usually how people find out about us. We just try to be reliable and show up on time. If we say we’ll be there at six in the morning, we try our best to be there. The work is tiring but seeing everything come together for a function is okay. We’ve been at this address for a long time. The shop is a bit old, and the walls could use some paint, but it works for what we need. We focus on getting the tents up and making sure they stay up, no matter the weather. It’s hard work for the crew.
