Managing things between Chinchwad East Babajan Chowk and New Nana Peth 202/203/C/B/1 keeps us moving quite a bit. At Sai Prasad Foods Ltd, the day is mostly about large pots, heavy bags of grain, and the smell of cooking. It’s not like a small restaurant; it’s more of a production place where we handle a lot of food at once. The mornings are the most chaotic because that’s when the bulk of the prep work happens. We have a few people helping out, and we’re all usually busy cleaning vegetables or checking the packing machines. It’s a lot of physical labor, lifting crates and making sure the temperatures are right so nothing spoils. The floors are made of stone and they get cleaned multiple times a day because things spill when you’re working at this scale. We don't really do much advertising or anything fancy. Most of our work is just filling orders and making sure the food goes out on time to wherever it needs to go. Sometimes the machines act up or a delivery truck is late, and then everyone has to scramble to catch up. It’s a basic operation based on just getting the job done and keeping the quality consistent. We’ve been at it for a while now, and the routine hasn't changed much. We just focus on the food and the daily schedule, trying to keep everything moving steadily.
