Sai Events

Operating out of Pimpri 17/B, we spend most of our time dealing with logistics and planning. Sai Events isn't a huge operation with hundreds of employees; it’s more of a small group of us who know how to put things together. Whether it’s a birthday or some other gathering, we’re the ones making sure there are enough chairs and that the lights actually turn on when they’re supposed to. Pimpri is a busy area and getting stuff from one place to another can be a real headache with the traffic. We’ve gotten used to it though. Our office isn’t much to look at because we are usually out at different sites most of the week. There’s a lot of heavy lifting involved and plenty of late nights when everyone else has already gone home. We don’t use any fancy software to tell us how to do our jobs, we just rely on what we’ve learned over the years. It’s about being practical and making sure things don't fall apart at the last minute. People around here know us because we’ve been at this for a bit. We don’t do big speeches or flashy presentations. We just talk to the clients, figure out what they need for their day, and then go out and set it up. It’s hard work and your hands get dirty, but it feels good when everything is finally in place. We just try to keep it simple and get the work done.
