We are based in Goregaon, which is in the Ambegaon tehsil. If you are looking for us, we are near Inam Basti. It’s a quiet area compared to the city. We do food processing here, mostly working with the crops that come from the nearby farms. Our setup is pretty simple. We have a couple of sheds where we do the processing and storage. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so everyone chips in with whatever needs doing. Some days we are busy with the machines, and other days we are just managing the stock. The weather around here affects our work quite a bit, especially during the rains when things get damp. We have to be careful about how we store everything. We don't have a big marketing budget or a shiny office. Our office is just a small corner with a table and some ledgers. We know most of our neighbors and the farmers who bring us their produce. It’s a community feel here. We just try to keep things moving and make sure the quality is okay for the people who buy from us. Being near Inam Basti makes it easy for people to find us. It’s a lot of manual work and long hours, but it’s what we’ve always done. We just keep at it day by day. The seasons change, but our work pretty much stays the same throughout the whole year. We are just local people doing our bit.
