The Delicious Foods Gruh Udyog

I’m sitting here at B3 in the Sri Chaitanya Apartments in Sahakar Nagar writing this. It’s a regular morning and the kitchen is already busy. We’ve been running The Delicious Foods Gruh Udyog from this spot for a while now. It’s not some big corporate setup with a fancy lobby. It’s just us working with what we have. Most days the smell of whatever we’re making fills the whole hallway. The neighbors are used to it by now. Sahakar Nagar is a nice place to be, though parking can be a bit of a headache when the supply trucks come by. We spend a lot of time packing things into boxes and checking the labels. It gets pretty warm in here when the stoves are all going at once. We don't really have a big team, just a few of us who know how things need to be done. Sometimes we have to move the crates around just to find a place to sit for a tea break. The apartment is on the ground floor which helps with moving the heavy bags of flour and sugar. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in town, just making sure the food is good and the orders go out on time. It’s a lot of repetitive work, like peeling and chopping, but it feels okay. We just keep our heads down and get through the list for the day.
