Ruchira Food Products

If you come down to Parvati Krishna Colony and look for 95/791, that is where we do all our work at Ruchira Food Products. It is a quiet enough spot most days, though the kitchen gets pretty loud when we are in the middle of a big batch. We mostly make things that people like to eat at home, simple stuff really. My family started this because we needed something to do and we knew how to cook. It isn't a factory with machines everywhere, it is more like a very big home kitchen where things are done by hand. The air usually smells like whatever we are cooking that morning, which is nice for the neighbors I guess. We spend a lot of time cleaning up and prepping ingredients before we even start the actual cooking. It takes a lot of effort to keep everything organized in a small space like this. Sometimes we run out of ingredients and have to go fetch more from the market. We don't have a fancy office or a receptionist. Usually, someone is just wiping down a counter or packing up bags to be sent out for delivery. We have been in the colony for a long time and everyone knows where we are. It’s a bit cramped inside sometimes, especially when we have a lot of orders to finish, but we manage to get it all done somehow. We stay focused and keep the stoves going until the work is finished for the day.
