We are located right in Shiv Ganga Appt on MT Street. Rich Foods isn't some massive factory; it’s just our local operation here. Being in an apartment building means we see the same neighbors every single morning. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes with all the stuff we have to move around, but we make it work. The street outside can get a bit crowded with bikes and people walking to the market. We start early, usually before the sun is really up, to get things ready. You can usually smell what’s going on from the hallway. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist. Usually, it’s just one of us wiping down a table or checking the inventory. We’ve been on MT Street for a while now and we know the shortcuts to get around the traffic. It’s a noisy area but there is a lot of life in it. Sometimes the rain makes it hard to get deliveries in and out, but that’s just part of being in this part of town. We try to keep things clean and simple. It’s not a high-end place, just a kitchen where we do what we know how to do. Most of our day is spent making sure the orders are right and talking to the delivery guys. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from start to finish.
