Reliable Fresh

We set up Reliable Fresh at 33/13/A/2 Ambegaon Ravi Terrace because it was a good spot behind Bharati Vidhyapeeth. It’s a bit tucked away, but people find us. Most of our mornings start very early, way before the sun is even up, because that’s when the produce comes in. We spend a lot of time sorting through crates and making sure everything looks okay. It’s a lot of lifting and moving stuff around. The terrace area can get quite breezy, which is nice when it’s hot. We aren't a big supermarket chain, just a local spot where we know most of the people who walk through the door. Some students from the university pop in for bits and pieces. We try to keep the place tidy, but when you're dealing with crates of greens and fruits, there’s always some leaves on the floor. Our van is usually parked out back, ready for when we need to drop things off. It's just a few of us working here. We don't have any fancy displays, just shelves and boxes. Sometimes we run out of things faster than expected, and we have to tell people to come back tomorrow. That's just the way it goes with fresh stuff. We like being in Ambegaon, it feels like a real community here. We just do our best to keep things moving and make sure the crates are full.
