Reed Exhibitions India

We are situated over in G-16/12, Silver Oaks Avenues, which is part of DLF City Phase I in Gurgaon. It’s a pretty well-known area. Being in the exhibition business, like we are at Reed Exhibitions India, means our calendar is usually dictated by whatever big show is coming up next. Gurgaon is a fast place, everything feels like it’s moving at double speed sometimes. Our office isn't one of those massive skyscrapers you see nearby; it’s more tucked away in the Silver Oaks section. We spend most of our time planning layouts and talking to vendors. It’s a lot of logistics. You have to make sure every little thing is accounted for before the doors open at a trade show. Sometimes the office gets a bit chaotic with maps and floor plans spread out everywhere. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. The neighborhood is nice, plenty of trees around which is a good break from the screens. We don’t really have a big fancy reception or anything, just a place where we can sit down and focus. It’s mostly just hard work and a lot of follow-up calls. We try to keep it simple. People know where to find us if they need to talk about a booth or a registration issue. It's just how we run things day to day here in DLF Phase I. We don't go for the polished look, we just work and try to stay organized.
