Our office is over in Baramati, in the Jalochi area. Specifically, we're located in Valyankit Apartment, which is part of Suryanagri. It’s a decent spot, fairly quiet compared to the main city. We've been here for a while now, just running our food business. It’s not a massive operation. We have a small crew and we all know each other well. Most days are pretty much the same. We come in, check the messages, and start sorting through the food orders. Baramati is a good place to work from. We don't have a big corporate culture or anything like that. We just talk to each other like normal people and get the work done. The apartment where we work is simple and serves its purpose. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon and talk about things other than work. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the paperwork piles up a bit. We don't use any fancy software to manage things, just basic stuff that works for us. It’s a practical way to live. We’re just local people trying to make a go of it. We know the postman and the local shopkeepers. It’s that kind of atmosphere. We handle what we need to and try to get home at a reasonable hour. That's the way we like it. No big stress, just steady work in a familiar place. We don’t have any fancy titles here. Everyone just chips in where they’re needed. If a shipment arrives and someone is busy, another person will jump in to help. It’s a small place, so you can’t really hide from the work anyway. We like the pace of Baramati. It’s not as crazy as Pune city, but it’s still active. We’ve got a good relationship with the local drivers who help us move our food products. We don’t ask for much, just a fair day’s work and a bit of quiet in the evenings. That’s how we’ve always done it.
