Rana Events

Rana Events is tucked away on the 6th floor of Sunshree Apartment, which is in Building D 1 on Nibm Road. We use this flat as our main hub for organizing everything. It’s located in the Khondhwa Pathe Bapura Marg area, so it’s a decent place to be based. Most of what we do involves a lot of coordination and making sure the right people show up at the right time. We handle various events, and that means our office is often filled with rolls of carpet, sample decorations, and stacks of plastic chairs. It’s not a very quiet office because there is always someone on the phone or a delivery person coming up the elevator. Being on the 6th floor gives us a bit of a view, but we are usually too busy looking at schedules to notice. We don’t have a big staff with titles; we just all chip in where needed. Sometimes we are out at a venue until three in the morning making sure the stage is set up correctly. It’s the kind of work where you are on your feet for twelve hours straight. We don’t have any slick brochures; we just show people photos on our phones of the last job we finished. It’s a bit of a messy business sometimes, with cables everywhere and last-minute changes, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of it all. We just try to stay practical and keep things moving forward.
