We operate out of Rajbag Society, which is right on Pune Satara Road. You can find us in Flat Number 8 on the second floor of S. No. 25. Being right opposite Bharati Hospital makes us pretty easy to locate if you’re in the Katraj area. Our kitchen is where all the action happens, though this office space is where we handle the bookings and the phone calls. It gets pretty hectic when there are multiple events happening at once. We’ve been doing this for a long time, starting out small and just growing as more people heard about us. We don’t really do big advertising campaigns. Most of our work comes from neighbors or people who saw us at a party. The stairs to the second floor are a bit narrow, but we’re used to it. We spend a lot of time planning menus and making sure we have enough supplies for the weekend. Pune is a busy city, and Katraj has become even busier lately. We like being near the hospital because it’s a major landmark. Usually, there’s a lot of noise from the main road, but once you’re inside the society, it’s a bit calmer. We are just a local team trying to provide food for whatever gathering someone is having. It’s hard work, especially the early mornings, but it’s what we do. We just keep our heads down and get the cooking done.
