Our place is B/13/87/10/B at the Legend Classic building in Kothrud. We are right near Sutar Hospital, which is the easiest way to explain where we are to anyone looking for us. Inside, it's mostly art supplies, canvases, and various projects that people are working on. We aren't a big fancy gallery with marble floors. It’s more of a working space where things get a bit disorganized. There is usually a bit of charcoal or paint on the tables. We spend our days helping people figure out how to draw or paint better. Kothrud is a nice area to be in because it feels like a real community. People walk in from the nearby apartments just to see what’s going on. We have several rooms but they all seem to fill up with stuff pretty quickly. The light is okay in the mornings, which is when we like to get the most done. Sometimes we just sit and talk about different techniques while having tea. We don’t have any big slogans or anything. We just provide a spot for people to come and be creative. The building is usually quiet except for the sounds of the street outside. We've been at this address for several years and most of the neighbors know us by now. It’s a steady routine of cleaning brushes and setting up for the next person.
