Posh Food Products

We are over here at Vadgaon Budruk 37/3/1. The place is called Posh Food Products, though it’s not as fancy as the name might make you think. We mostly deal with making and packing different food items. It’s a busy spot and we’ve been here for a good while. The machines make a lot of noise throughout the day, so you kind of get used to shouting over them to be heard. We have a small team and everyone just knows their job without being told. Some of us have been working together for years. We aren't big on meetings or anything like that. We just show up and get the orders ready. The address 37/3/1 is tucked away a bit, so sometimes delivery drivers get lost trying to find the gate. It’s a lot of manual work, moving crates and checking labels. In the summer, it gets pretty warm inside the facility, so we keep the big doors open for whatever breeze we can get. We don't really do any advertising or have a big social media presence. People in the area know us and they know what we do. It’s just a regular business. We try to keep everything clean because that’s important with food. We have a routine that we stick to every day. When the clock hits five, we mostly just tidy up and head home. There is always something to do, whether it's sweeping or checking the machines.
