The kitchen gets started pretty early here in Sasane Nagar. We are right on Waterfield Road and you can usually smell whatever is being prepared if you walk past at the right time. Pore Food Products L L P isn't a massive factory. It's more of a local setup where everything from the raw ingredients to the final packing happens under one roof. A lot of time goes into checking the sacks of grains or spices that come in. Everyone has their own job to do. While some are weighing the items, others are busy sealing the bags. It can get a bit loud with the machines running but that is just part of the workday. Choosing this spot was about the space and how easy it is for the delivery vans to pull up. Fancy office work isn't really our thing. Most of the day is spent on the floor making sure things are moving along. The floor gets swept many times a day because we deal with dry goods. Since Sasane Nagar has a lot of families, people often stop by to ask what we are making today. Keeping our heads down and getting the orders ready is what we do. It is hard work and hands get tired by evening. But it's good to see the finished products stacked up and ready to go out to the local shops around here. We just want to keep making decent food people enjoy. It is a long day every day but the routine feels right.
