Pioneer Solutions

You can find us at 20A in Rahul Nagar, which is in the Kothrud area of Pune. Pioneer Solutions is a small operation. We have been in this neighborhood for several years now. Kothrud has grown a lot since we arrived, but our little corner remains pretty much the same as it was. We work out of a functional space. It is not a high-tech lab or anything like that, just a place with computers and some tools we use daily. We handle various solutions for people who come to us with problems. Most of the time it is just us working through technical issues or planning out projects on the whiteboard. We do not have a front desk person or a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it when someone knocks. It is a very informal way of doing things, but it works for us. We know all our neighbors and they know us. Sometimes the street gets a bit crowded with parked scooters and delivery bikes, but that is just Pune life. We are not looking to become a giant company with hundreds of employees. We like the size we are right now. It lets us focus on what is right in front of us. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time looking at our screens. It is honest work and we enjoy being in Kothrud. It is a solid, dependable place to be based. Nothing too complicated about it. We just show up and do the work.
