Phoenix Event Managements

Our office is located at 911 in Bhawani Bhawani Peth. If you know the area, you know it can get pretty crowded and noisy, but we like it here. We’ve been doing event management for a good number of years now. It started out as a small thing helping friends, and then it just grew into a full-time job. We don’t have a big team or a slick office with a receptionist. It’s usually just me or one of the guys sitting at the desk. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or out at venues making sure everything is where it should be. Bhawani Peth is a great place to be because everything is close by. We have the decorators and the caterers all within a short distance. Most of our days are spent coordinating things. It’s a lot of lists and reminders. We handle all kinds of events, from small family dinners to bigger community things. We don't use any fancy software, just a notebook and some grit. If you come by the office, you might see some half-finished decorations or stacks of chairs. It's a working space, not a showroom. We think just being honest with people about what we can do is the right way to go. We aren't trying to be the biggest in town, just reliable. Most of our work comes through word of mouth from people right here in the neighborhood.
