Petonia Foods

Petonia Foods is located over at Khondhwa 33/A. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot, but we’ve made it work for us over the years. We spend most of our time in the back working on the food items we put out. It’s a small team, really just a handful of us who show up every day and get the work done. The kitchen gets hot, especially during the summer months, but we’re used to it by now. We don't spend money on big signs or loud ads. Most people who know about us just found us through word of mouth or live nearby. We try to keep things simple and not overcomplicate the process. Sometimes we run out of things earlier than expected, which can be annoying for folks, but that's just how it goes when you're small. We handle the packing ourselves and try to make sure everything looks alright before it leaves the door. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but there’s a certain rhythm to it that feels good. You won't find any corporate talk here, just a bunch of people trying to make a decent product. We’ve had some rough days where the equipment breaks down or a shipment is late, but we always find a way to patch things up. It's just a regular local business trying to stay afloat and serve the community. Nothing more, nothing less. We are happy to just keep going.
