Perfect Palette A Design Studio

The studio is tucked away in Erandwane, right in Tulsibagwale Colony near Mhatre Bridge. It is a nice enough spot, though parking can be a bit of a headache if you come at the wrong time. Inside 101/102 at Sai Niketan, things are usually spread out across the big tables we have set up. We’ve got sketches, color swatches, and a few computers that stay on almost all day and night. Being a design studio means there is always something being drawn or edited. It isn't always organized; sometimes there are paper scraps everywhere and half-finished coffee cups sitting around. We spend a lot of time just talking about how things should look and trying out different ideas until something feels right. The light in the afternoon is actually quite good for seeing colors properly, which helps a lot. We don't really do big meetings with suits; it is mostly just us in our regular clothes sitting around a screen. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which is good when we need to concentrate on a tricky project. We’ve got some plants in the corner that we sometimes forget to water, but they seem to be hanging in there. People usually find us by word of mouth or because they live in the colony and saw our sign on the wall. We just like making things look decent and functional. It’s a lot of staring at monitors and moving pixels around until the client is okay with it.
